Bad business!!!

Asked the cheapest mobile sim only plan, then proceeded to ask about internet etc. I had to cut off a number of times just to get a simple answer.
Issues with transfer of number so I called the store. Was told to call customer service.
Shocking service. I have been on the Vodafone network for 1 day, and am now changing to a other provider - Joy Hooper Added January 21, 2024★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Worst store ever! They tell you things are free with your contract but then you are charged by Vodafone and they say it’s your fault and they cannot fix it and you have to fix it all up. Terrible service. Would NEVER buy a phone from them again !
