  I have never been in a McDonnalds restaurant where the staff are so ignorant and rude. It blows me away that I stood patiently waiting for 10 min to order a frozen drink while the staff laughed and joked and carried on like children in the playground- when I did finally get my drink there were no straws available. I asked for a straw and the girl was incredibly rude and put them on the far end of the counter and didn't even acknowledge that I had asked for one. There were several other people also all just waiting to be served during this who were also ignored. Can't say I'll be returning here again any time soon. This store seriously needs to teach their staff how to treat their customers with a little respect.

  This morning whilst we were the only 2 people in the store I ordered 2 large coffees. I received a large and a regular.....with still no one else waiting it took 3 attempts to get the attention of the young lady with blonde hair. When I questioned a large and a regular for over $10, the attitude of not taking my word or receipt but going back to the screen and pointedly pushing buttons..... then.....not I am Sorry! but Give me a minute. Not happy!
